BOX ELDER – The community is invited to rev up for the third annual Motor Madness Wednesday, June 24, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Liberty Center YMCA parking lot.

Motor Madness celebrates everything motor-powered, bringing together vehicle enthusiasts, families, local businesses and community members for an evening of unique displays, food, music and hands-on activities.

Motor Madness is not a traditional car show. The event features a variety of motor-powered machines, from classic cars and custom builds to motorcycles, go-karts, robots and more, showcasing the creativity and passion of those who love all things that move.

City of Box Elder Public Information Officer Rebecca Bader said the city looks each year at ways to grow the event and include motors of all kinds.

“Motor Madness is a great way to bring people together and celebrate the things they’re passionate about,” Bader said. “Whether you’re showing off your pride and joy, admiring someone else’s, or just spending time with family and friends, it’s all about connecting with others, sharing interests and enjoying a great day in the community.”

Showcase and vendor registration closes Sunday, June 21. Entries must fit within one to three parking spaces. The city reminds all entrants that Motor Madness is a family-friendly event, and all displays, activities and materials must be appropriate for all ages.
